Bill McCarthy has both been involved in residential real estate since 1980 as a homebuilder, developer and realtor.  

Bill brings the experience of working for large homebuilders/developers and being involved in the start up of many successful local subdivisions.  Presently among other things, Bill calls RE/MAX 100 "home" where he has been the top selling RE/MAX agent in this area of 2008, 2009 and 2010, winning state and local awards.
