A couple weeks back we sold one of our 2011 Builder's Showcase homes to a great young family with four kids. We're very excited to welcome our new friends to the Portage Woods community and know they will love and cherish their new home.

Portage Woods is close to all the amenities and conveniences families need and brings a certain peace and serentity to this newly developed community. With mature trees, lake views, and most lots having walk-out basements, you're not going to find lots like this anywhere in the South Bend area.

You don't get a lot of chances to help start a new community and this is one of those chances.
